Shipping Policy
Processing and Shipping Time
Online orders, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and shipping. Many orders ship sooner. Production time may vary for custom, framed, or special order items.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and include tracking and insurance. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value shipments.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed once the order has shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and being available to receive and sign for the package if required.
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or the recipient not being available to sign, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, reshipment costs, and any additional carrier fees incurred.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@artcentergallery.com.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are not controlled by Art Center Gallery.
Shipping Liability
Once a shipment is delivered and confirmed by the carrier, Art Center Gallery is not responsible for loss or theft.
